Goods are decorated on demand/as ordered through your Company store. Due to the customization of goods, returns/exchanges are on a case by case basis. To be considered for a refund/exchange, we must be notified of any issues within 10 business days after receiving your order. We must be notified of a cancellation within 2 hours of the order submission. Orders may be shipped from multiple locations. Production times for on demand items are approximately 10-15 business days.
